"There's no immediate indication that this was a random act," police said. A homicide investigation is underway after a woman was found stabbed to death at a parking area in McLean, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C., authorities said. A man was heading out for a run around 7 a.m. Monday when he spotted a woman lying unconscious next to her car, Fairfax County Police Capt. Jason Chandler told reporters.
