A shooting Tuesday evening in Southeast DC sent a woman to the hospital with a graze wound from gunfire. According to the Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to the 40th block of Galveston Place NW for the report of a shooting just before 7:30 p.m. "Evidence of a shooting was found but there were no victims," MPD said. "Moments later an adult female victim, conscious and breathing was located at the Southern Avenue Metro Station."
