Woman tells police ‘I’m scared I might have’ killed husband who police found dismembered in home

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) — A Colorado Springs woman is facing charges after telling police her husband had been dead since March, according to arrest documents obtained by KRDO. Sheldon Wilson, also called “Shelly,” and her daughter walked into a police station on a Saturday afternoon and made the report, the arrest documents say. Wilson allegedly told police, “There’s no words for what you’re fixing to find out.” When Colorado Springs police went to Wilson’s home, the records say there was a strong odor. Police found two totes inside the home, each with a garbage bag.
