Woonsocket police have issued an active arrest warrant for a man wanted in connection with a shooting in early July. Police said Ole Curet, 20, is considered armed and extremely dangerous. Officers said they responded to a scene on Cooper Avenue for reports of shots fired on Sunday, July 12, shortly before 1:30 a.m. Police found an injured woman on the ground, and as they were assisting her, a second female who identified herself as her sister approached officers with a gunshot wound to her leg. The 21-year-old woman, who was not identified, was in serious condition.
