Zambia Resumes Vote Count After Security Threat Contained

The first set of results from the election will be announced at 10 p.m. local time, Electoral Commission of Zambia Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis told reporters at a briefing in the capital, Lusaka, on Friday. The commission earlier suspended the tally citing reports of violence.
